• Responsible for everything happening during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Set the example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from the crew.
• Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work schedule, store image, great customer service, attendance, punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Strong verbal, written and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination for rapid and accurate movements, and accurate computer or touch‑screen order entry.
• Navigation skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Good physical stamina and ability to handle delivery work, including maneuvering through multi‑story buildings and carrying goods.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.

• Standing and walking: most tasks are performed standing; walking distances may be short or between store and vehicle.
• Sitting: paperwork is completed on a desk or table.
• Lifting: bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds may be lifted from the floor and stacked.
• Carrying: items ranging from 3 pounds to 30 pounds, and trays weighing about 12 pounds.
• Pushing: moving trays on dollies (up to 7.5 pounds of force).
• Climbing: occasionally navigate stairs or ladders.
• Stooping/Bending: forward bending required at the pizza assembly station.
• Reaching: continuous reaching above, below, and forward, occasionally above 72 inches.
• Driving: delivery within a designated area, potentially multiple deliveries per shift.
• Hand tasks: continuous use of hands for dough shaping, pizza removal, and packaging.
