• Flexible work schedule – minimum 35 hours per week

Starting pay $14/hour plus commission.

• Complete a required 5‑week management training course with performance metrics.
• Interview, hire, and develop store staff.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self‑performance metrics and help employees meet theirs.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory, and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Other duties as assigned.
