Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable, hard-working Skilled Laborer with hands-on construction and carpentry experience. In this role, you will work directly on job sites handling framing, remodeling, demo, and general construction tasks alongside our crew lead. This is a non-supervisory position built for someone who knows how to use tools properly, takes pride in clean workmanship, and wants reliable, well-paying work with a solid crew.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with residential remodeling, framing, carpentry, trim, and general construction tasks.
• Safely operate and maintain hand, power, and pneumatic tools (saws, nail guns, drills, levels).
• Prep job sites, stage lumber, materials, and equipment, and assist with site setup/takedown.
• Measure, cut, and install materials accurately under the direction of the crew lead.
• Keep active jobsites clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Help troubleshoot and execute day-to-day job site tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in residential construction, carpentry, or remodeling.
• Proficient with standard power tools and core construction techniques.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable personal transportation to jobsites.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work on your feet in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and a positive, team-first attitude.
