Pay: Starts at $12.11/hour
Location: Xenia, OH, Part-Time (5-25 hours per week)

As part of our Event Staff team, you’ll play a key role in creating safe, fun, and memorable experiences for athletes and guests from around the world. From setup to tear-down—and everything in between—you’ll help keep events running smoothly while being part of something bigger than yourself.
About You
You bring enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude to every task. Whether you’re assisting coaches, greeting guests, or handling logistics, you enjoy being hands-on and part of a team that works together to make events successful.
Your ability to communicate clearly, provide excellent customer service, and adapt to changing situations makes you a great fit for this role. You’re dependable, proactive, and ready to step in wherever needed to ensure athletes and visitors have an excellent experience.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with a positive, service-minded attitude.
- Assist lead coaches, trainers, and group directors throughout their events.
- Support visiting coaches or trainers with first aid needs as required.
- Observe and report safety hazards or facility issues.
- Communicate with the team using established protocols (e.g., Group Me).
- Monitor campus communication and weather alerts.
- Complete event checklists, including setup, tear-down, cleaning, and security.
- (Seasonal) Coach, supervise, and engage with minors during summer camps (including drills, snack/water breaks, and activities).
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Experience And Skills
- Must meet Ohio minimum age requirement.
- Prior experience preferred but not required. Training provided.
