WhatYou’ll Do
- Support and implement the directives and priorities set forth by the Executive Director and Senior Management Team.
- Ensure employees perform treatment and operations consistently with agency goals and policies, and individual person‑centered plans.
- Represent agency leadership to coordinate and evaluate all aspects of the program, including staff activity‑based interventions.
- Participate in developing and implementing services.
- Prepare daily schedules and coordinate activities to ensure required ratios and quality of care.
- Ensure that Person Centered Plans are developed, reviewed, and implemented; coordinate admissions and discharges with external professionals and community resources.
- Follow up restraints or seclusions with a debriefing with staff; complete supervision logs and debriefing forms.
- Guarantee supervisor availability between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, and first‑responder coverage 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Qualifications- Must meet the requirements specified for a Qualified Professional (QP) and have a minimum of 2 years' experience in child/adolescent mental health or substance abuse treatment services.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Valid driver’s license.
