- Background:
Entry‑Level, currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Experience:
Interest in a career in audit, assurance, or public accounting, with strong academic performance. - Skills:
Curiosity and a genuine willingness to learn, strong attention to detail, clear communication and an ability to collaborate, organization and time-management skills, an analytical and problem-solving mindset, adaptability, and an interest in technology. - Bonus:
Intention to pursue CPA licensure preferred; previous accounting or internship experience is a plus.
