Job Purpose

To provide general office support and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors at Noel Corporation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, providing information, taking messages, and directing calls as appropriate.
  • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring they are comfortable and directed to the appropriate person or department.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, anticipating needs and placing orders as necessary.
  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry, and spreadsheet creation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area and other common areas.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications Required Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Required Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist role or similar administrative support position.
  • Experience operating multi-line phone systems.
  • Experience with general office equipment (e.g., fax machines, copiers, scanners).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
