Receptionist
Job PurposeTo provide general office support and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors at Noel Corporation.
Key Responsibilities- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, providing information, taking messages, and directing calls as appropriate.
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring they are comfortable and directed to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, anticipating needs and placing orders as necessary.
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry, and spreadsheet creation.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and other common areas.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
High school diploma or equivalent
Required Experience- At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist role or similar administrative support position.
- Experience operating multi-line phone systems.
- Experience with general office equipment (e.g., fax machines, copiers, scanners).
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills.
