Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences (PNWU) is hiring an Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative and functional support to the Human Resources Team.

Position DetailsFull‑time, 40 hours per week.
SalaryAnnual Minimum $39,600 – Annual Maximum $59,400. Hiring range $19.04–$23.80 per hour.

Job SummaryThe Administrative Coordinator provides administrative and reception duties for the Human Resources department, handling triage of employee questions, managing the group HR email inbox, scanning files to electronic records, coordinating meetings, preparing presentation materials, processing purchase orders, and filing. The role demands high organization, attention to detail, flexibility, and the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a confidential and deadline‑driven environment.
EssentialJob Functions
- Complete complex administrative tasks for a PNWU department or program, including proofreading, editing, scheduling meetings and events, arranging travel, and overseeing workflow.
- Manage communications via mail, email, and phone.
- Support committees with scheduling, set‑up, recording minutes, and transcription.
- Monitory office supply inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned and based on departmental needs.
- Associate’s Degree.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Independent decision‑making ability.
- Ability to perform a variety of duties with changing priorities.
- Problem‑solving skills.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and practices, computer and network operating systems, customer service principles, and project management principles.
- Accurate data entry and typing skills.
- Ability to operate relevant equipment required for the position.
