What You’ll Do
  • Assist with ordering supplies, managing mail and deliveries, and preparing meeting materials
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take and distribute minutes, and ensure meeting logistics are handled
  • Create and maintain reports using Excel, Word, and other tools; track departmental data and tasks
  • Interact with staff across sites and collaborate with other administrative specialists to support program operations
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintain organized filing systems, and support day-to-day office functions
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED + 4 years of experience with complex office responsibilities OR Associate’s Degree or Certificate from an accredited technical school + 2 years of experience with complex office responsibilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Ability to perform general office tasks, including answering phones, typing, scheduling, and using office equipment
  • Ability to use software tools, such as Word, Excel, and basic database programs
  • Ability to communicate clearly, prioritize tasks, and work with frequent interruptions
  • Ability to travel to off‑site meetings and support WIC/nutrition programs if applicable
