PositionHighlights
- $18.47‑$22.62/hour DOE with potential for higher pay for highly experienced candidates

- Assist with ordering supplies, managing mail and deliveries, and preparing meeting materials
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take and distribute minutes, and ensure meeting logistics are handled
- Create and maintain reports using Excel, Word, and other tools; track departmental data and tasks
- Interact with staff across sites and collaborate with other administrative specialists to support program operations
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintain organized filing systems, and support day-to-day office functions
- High School Diploma or GED + 4 years of experience with complex office responsibilities OR Associate’s Degree or Certificate from an accredited technical school + 2 years of experience with complex office responsibilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Ability to perform general office tasks, including answering phones, typing, scheduling, and using office equipment
- Ability to use software tools, such as Word, Excel, and basic database programs
- Ability to communicate clearly, prioritize tasks, and work with frequent interruptions
- Ability to travel to off‑site meetings and support WIC/nutrition programs if applicable
