Benefits Customer Service Agent/Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and professional Benefits Customer Service Agent/Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to providing exceptional service to the clients by managing group life and medical accounts, assisting with renewals, and ensuring seamless customer interactions. Job Summary

Providing outstanding customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Compensation Package
  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience.
  • 401(k):
    Dollar-for-dollar match up to 4%, with additional profit sharing at the end of the year.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with renewal overviews, including quoting new and renewal business.
  • Manage group life and medical accounts (5 to 50 employees).
  • Handle tasks such as adding and removing employees from accounts.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  • Participate in a structured onboarding and training process, including EPIC system training.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Licenses/Certifications:

    Life & Accident license required.
  • Experience:

    2-3 years of relevant experience in benefits administration or customer service.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Familiarity with EPIC software is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Soft Skills:

    Strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Work Environment:
    This is an on-site position with no travel required.
