Yakima Practice

Full Time, 3 10-hour days (30 hours per week)

Expected hiring range: $146,250 - $157,500 annually, depending on experience

The General Dentist supports Willamette Dental’s evidence‑based treatment philosophy and performs the full scope of general dentistry permitted by state.

Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS); completion of a traditional pre‑doctoral dentistry program; valid licensure in the state(s) benevolent.

• DMD or DDS

• Evidence‑based dental practices
• Axi Um electronic records and proper electronic documentation
• CAMBRA and PEMBRA, with an emphasis on prevention
• Risk phases and risk assessment
• Diagnostic terms and techniques to diagnose and treat oral cavity anomalies
• Principles and processes for providing excellent patient experience, including needs assessment, quality standards, and patient satisfaction evaluation

Base pay based on education, knowledge, experience, location, and internal equity; eligible for incentive pay per company plan.

Paid Time Off (PTO):
Minimum of 120 hours per year plus seven paid holidays; the company’s PTO program combines vacation and sick leave, more generous than Washington State’s Sick Leave Law.

Primarily seated or standing; occasional walking, bending, stooping and carrying light items; use of computer and standard office equipment.
