Hospitalist Physician

A multi-specialty group is currently seeking a Gastroenterologist who is Board-Certified or Board-Eligible to join their practice located in central Washington state. This position provides flexibility with either a 4 or 5 day workweek, with a workload distribution of 70% procedures and 30% clinic visits. On average, the physician can expect to perform 14-16 procedures per day. The call duties, when the team is fully staffed, are on a 1:8 rotation.

One-year physician partnership track available

Pay range $519,256 - $561,358 with One-year partnership track. Paid time off up to 11 weeks. EPIC electronic medical record for the prcatice and the hsopital. Relocation expenses covered including packing: up to $20,000. Matching 401k upon start, life insurance, long term disability insurance. Internal student loan repayment of up to $125,000. Government site qualified: HPSA Score 13.
