Aldevra is seeking highly qualified Primary Care Physicians to provide onsite medical services at the Yakima VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). The PCP will deliver high‑quality primary care to veterans in accordance with ABIM guidelines and Aldevra’s core values of SOAR.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to veterans, ensuring medical best practices and VA policies are adhered to.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient clinical setting.
• Perform preventive health assessments, patient education, and chronic disease management.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as necessary.
• Coordinate patient care with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal treatment plans.
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with VA regulations.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and quality assurance programs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Security: Must be able to obtain government clearance.

Physicians must adhere to infection control, biohazard handling, PPE protocols, HIPAA, OSHA, and VA workplace safety policies. Background checks and credentialing are required.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
• Active and unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience as a practicing physician in a primary care setting preferred.
• Familiarity with VA policies, procedures, and electronic health records (EHR/CPRS) is a plus.
• Ability to pass VA background check and credentialing process.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent telephone etiquette, precise documentation.
• Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, online calendars, cloud-based systems.
• Detail‑oriented with accurate data entry skills.
• Customer‑focused with a team‑oriented work ethic.
• Ability to multi‑task efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Proof of required immunizations.
