About PNWU: Founded in 2005, PNWU is a non-profit health sciences university in Yakima, WA, offering degrees in Osteopathic Medicine, Physical Therapy, Medical Science, and Occupational Therapy, with over 550 students and 300 employees.

Position Overview: The Family Medicine Department seeks passionate D.O. and M.D. physicians to teach clinical training for first- and second-year students.

Responsibilities:

• Teach assigned courses and participate in curriculum development
• Assist in student recruitment and registration
• Report final grades and advise students
• Attend orientation and commencement
• Maintain office hours and develop course materials
• Administer exams and participate in scholarly activities
• Maintain licensure and engage in community service
• Adhere to accreditation standards and institutional policies

Requirements:

• Doctorate Degree or equivalent terminal degree recognized by US accrediting bodies
• Availability at Yakima campus at least two days per month
