Annual Minimum Salary: $58,400 Annual Maximum Salary: $93,400
Hiring Range: $28.08-$36.49 per hour
Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. Pro‑rated based on hours/week (FTE).

Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences (PNWU) was founded as a 501(c)(3) non‑profit medical institution in 2005 aimed at increasing access to health care in medically underserved areas of the Pacific Northwest.
The University currently offers the degrees of Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, Doctor of Physical Therapy, Doctor of Dental Medicine, Master of Arts in Medical Science, and Master of Science in Occupational Therapy enrolling over 550 students annually with plans to develop other programs and/or colleges.
The campus includes 300 employees with academic programming spread over a five‑state region.
Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage health and immunization policies, protocols, and procedures for PNWU students.
- Interact with students to ensure health and immunization policies and protocols are followed.
- Provide triage services to students experiencing illness or injury, and make referrals as needed.
- Provide medical guidance to the Dean of Students, their designees, and faculty for student illnesses and requests for absences and time off.
- Communicate with ill students to monitor status.
- Perform other related duties as assigned and based on departmental need.
Education:
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
- Washington State RN License.
Experience:
- 4‑6 years of nursing experience.
Skill in effective communication (both written and oral); skill in independent decision making; skill in nursing best practices; knowledge of administrative procedures and practices; knowledge of demands of graduate health sciences education; and ability to maintain professional composure in emergent and crisis situations.
