As an integral part of our engineering team, you'll have the chance to learn and grow under the guidance of our experienced Professional Engineers. Our firm offers a unique opportunity to learn about and contribute to a wide variety of projects as an EIT. Opportunities as an EIT include:

• Collaborating with a thriving group of EITs and industry-leading project managers. Daily engagement with your colleagues, clients, and contractors.
• Working in AutoCAD Civil 3D to design model transportation corridors, utility pipelines, and site improvements. Contributing to Civil 3D design and overseeing CAD staff activities.
• Analyzing existing and planned infrastructure, preparation of engineering reports to identify future needs, and collaboration with clients to ensure a sustainable tomorrow.
• Exploring the world of federal and state funding programs, matching client needs with grant programs, and winning/securing funding to make generational impacts in our communities.
• Preparing environmental review documents and securing regulatory approval, to allow visions to advance from design to construction, becoming a reality.
• Designing water and sewer systems, including building hydraulic models.
• Evaluating impervious areas and designing stormwater systems, including hydrologic modeling, such that all rain and snow events are properly managed.
