We are looking for an Entry‑Level Instrumentation and Controls Engineer excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business.
Responsibilities- Accountable for the schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks.
- Provide on‑site assistance during startup and coordinate work activities with other staff and the discipline lead.
- Design and optimize control systems for various processes, collaborating with architects, engineers, and designers.
- Develop P&IDs, size valves, specify instrumentation, and document and model design information while ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to produce control system designs and develop options and optimizations for all aspects of process control, instrumentation, and automation.
- Associate’s or Engineering Technology degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering.
- Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering. - Working knowledge of Revit software.
- Engineer in Training (EIT).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Forward‑thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas.
- Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Passion for buildings and construction.
- Prior experience with DDC and PLC‑based control systems.
- Experience with Data Center design or operations.

The base salary range for this position is $58,656.00 to $80,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
