Financial Guide

Solarity Credit Union is seeking a full-time Financial Guide in our member contact center for our North 5th Branch in Yakima!

As a Financial Guide, you practice member obsession at every touch point, putting the member at the center of your universe by understanding their financial situations and recommending products or services that will truly benefit their needs. You have a deep passion for doing the right thing which drives a positive experience and deepens relationships with members and peers. You ensure no member leaves with unfinished business.

A Day in the life of a Financial Guide...

Each day will be an exciting adventure in this role. A snapshot of the day could look like:

• Enthusiastically greet the member - Stand, smile, and greet in a warm genuine manner.
• Proactively create opportunities to Conduct a thorough interview - Ask open-ended questions to better understand the member and to uncover unstated wants and needs.
• Ask for new or additional business - Evaluate the members' stated and unstated wants and needs and advise the member on how Solarity's products or services is the right one; work through any objections or hesitations and ask the member to open the offered product/service.
• Ensure all member needs are met and followed up - Warmly thank the member for coming in, take the appropriate next steps, document the interaction, and follow up within the agreed-upon time frame.
• Reconcile transactions postings at the end of the day.

• Hourly pay range $20.00 - $29.81
