We are a locally owned vertically integrated apple growing and packing operation. We are seeking a strategic, hands‑on Chief Financial Officer to lead our finance and accounting functions and partner with ownership to drive growth and operational excellence.

• Serve as a key advisor to ownership and member of the executive team
• Lead all financial functions: accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and compliance
• Manage cash flow, credit facilities, and financing strategies across multiple entities
• Provide timely financial insights to guide decision‑making and improve operational performance
• Build strong relationships with owners, lenders, auditors, and business partners
• Lead and develop the accounting and IT teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred; MBA a plus)
• 7+ years progressive financial leadership experience (agriculture/production experience strongly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, cash management, and cost accounting
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP/financial systems experience (Famous software a plus)
• Proven leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills
