360’s Yakima, WA team). The position delivers office‑based primary care for patients of all ages, focusing on chronic disease management with an emphasis on wellness and acute episodic care.

• Utilizes knowledge and skills to care for patients under the conformance of current and recognized techniques, procedures and standards, including:
• Physical examinations
• Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patients’ clinical problems and health‑care needs
• Records findings and formulates plan and prognosis
• Prescribes necessary prescriptions and other forms of treatment
• Refers appropriately to other fields of specialization
• Performs effective communication with the miCare team and patients to ensure coordination of care
• Customer Service:
  Acts as a role‑model in demonstrating core values in customer service delivery; provides timely and thorough follow‑up with internal and external customers; escalates difficult issues appropriately; offers feedback and assistance in improving customer satisfaction; recognizes trends and alerts supervisors; performs self‑quality monitoring; collaborates cross‑departmentally; provides feedback and develops or improves processes; trains new employees as assigned.

• Degree from an accredited school
• Current unencumbered license to practice in Washington
• 3+ years of clinical experience
• Current BLS certification

• Medical terminology proficiency
• Working knowledge of computers and software, including Microsoft Office
• Proficient typing skills
• Demonstrated organizational, problem‑solving, analytical, detail‑oriented skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, multitask, and manage deadlines
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of protected health information in compliance with HIPAA
• Work inside an office environment with moderate noise; intermittent physical effort (lifting up to 25 lbs, standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, etc.); exposure to viruses/infections; frequent keyboard use and reaching; normal vision and hearing required.

$60 - $75 per hour (per diem)
