We operate over 40 clinics across Washington and Oregon, offering comprehensive services including medical, dental, pharmacy, orthodontia, nutritional counseling, autism screening, behavioral health, and outreach programs like shelter assistance, HIV/AIDS counseling, and mobile clinics.

Position Highlights
  • $19.37-$28.53/hour DOE
  • 0.20 FTE (8 hours/week)
  • Additional pay for bilingual skills
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update patient records, including vital signs, treatments, medications, and immunizations.
  • Prepare for patient visits, review files, and collaborate with providers for scheduling and care continuity.
  • Prepare exam rooms, explain procedures, educate patients, and assist physicians during exams and procedures.
  • Collect lab specimens, administer medications, and perform clinical duties.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or completion of an accredited medical assisting program (minimum 720 hours, including 160-hour externship).
  • One year of CMA experience preferred.
  • CPR certification within hire.
  • Medical Assistant Certification or interim certification from WA State Department of Health.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) at level 10.
  • Strong medical knowledge, people skills, multitasking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Epic, and EMR.
