Days, nights, and weekends

12-hour shift, 7pm - 7am (night shifts)

  Variable depends on gap in coverage - 8h, 10h & 12h day/night shifts. 12h shifts on Weekends & Holidays.
• Call
  
  Schedule:
  
  CRNAs do not have call; all shifts are staffed at the hospital.
• Weekend coverage:
• Sat & Sun (Holidays too)
• x2 rooms at 12hrs each for day
• x1 OB 12hrs day shift
• x1 12hrs night shift

• Case mix includes, ENT, general surgery, GI Endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, podiatry, (healthy) pediatric cases, robotic procedures, urology and vascular (no CT or Neuro).
• The following types of surgery will be expected to be performed at this facility:
  Cardiac, Complete ortho, OB, Pediatric, Regional, Thoracic
• Not doing:
  Complex vascular, head spine, neuro
• Average cases per day: 40-45 general anesthetic cases per day overall, 3-4 cases per day per CRNA
• Medically supervised, care team model.
• CRNAs support 7 ORs in the main Surgery department
• 4 ORs at the adjacent Surgi-Center
• 2 GI treatment rooms
• 1 Bronchoscopy room and 1 Cath lab
• No new grads
