Travel Ultrasound Technologist​/Sonographer - Sonography​/Ultrasound

American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer with 2+ years of breast sonography experience to work in a breast imaging center.

• ARDMS certification in AB,  , or OB required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years breast sonography experience required
• Proficient in breast scans with comprehensive breast ultrasound and biopsy experience
• Experience with wire localizations and landmarking breast lesions
• Must be comfortable working as a solo breast sonographer at times
• License required if applicable

• Outpatient breast center setting serving mostly adult females, with rare adolescent or male patients
• May float to a nearby hospital (5 minutes away) for general sonography if no breast patients are scheduled, no experience required for this float assignment
• Average caseload of 13-15 patients per 8-hour shift
• Monday through Friday day shifts, typically 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Uses Hologic and GE ultrasound machines
• EPIC EMR and Philips View PACS system
• Optional weekend rotation, not required
• No on‑call requirements
• Facility closed for major holidays
• Perform breast ultrasound exams, biopsies, wire localizations, and lesion landmarking
• First‑time travelers considered only if candidate has 5+ years of experience
• Scrubs must be any solid professional color with no graphics, logos, or designs
