Orthopaedic Surgery - Shoulder Physician Assistant​/Associate Yakima, WA

Orthopedics Northwest, PLLC is seeking a highly motivated and patient-centered Orthopedic Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our orthopedic team and work directly with a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Shoulder and Elbow Surgeon. This role offers the opportunity to participate in the comprehensive care of patients with a wide range of conditions.

The Physician Assistant will function as an integral member of the shoulder and elbow team, providing clinical evaluation, patient education, perioperative management, surgical first assist services, and postoperative follow-up care. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical judgment, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality musculoskeletal care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
• WA state licensure by time of employment
• Previous experience in an orthopedic setting
• Strong understanding of orthopedic anatomy and physiology
