This position is on-site in Yakima, Washington, with the ability to work a hybrid schedule.

We've transformed into a leading community health center. With 40+ clinics across Washington and Oregon, we offer a wide range of services, including medical, dental, pharmacy, orthodontics, nutritional counseling, autism screening, and behavioral health. What You'll Do
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team and hiring managers to determine position details and create overall sourcing strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques.
  • Proactively search for qualified healthcare professionals using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs and maintain candidate databases via our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks, crafting and sending recruiting emails to engage them.
  • Collaborate with recruiting leadership to grow brand awareness and support organization recruitment efforts.
  • Utilize data to make informed sourcing strategy decisions, analyzing metrics to improve sourcing effectiveness continuously.
  • Attend job fairs, conferences, and other events to promote Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic (YVFWC) and build a talent pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners within the community, coordinating all outreach efforts to secure talent from the community's candidate pools.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, or related field, or
  • Associate's Degree and two additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree, or
  • High School Diploma or GED and four additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Two (2) years' experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role in the HR department.
  • Two years' experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role in a highly competitive and dynamic environment, preferably in a healthcare organization, is preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques.
  • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgement and discretion.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships to gain trust and establish credibility.
  • Advanced proficiency with a variety of computer programs, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and recruiting software such as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
