GIS Analyst

Statement of Status: eTRANSERVICES has submitted a bid and is currently awaiting award notification. While the position has not yet been officially confirmed, we are actively preparing to fill the role once the bid is awarded. We are seeking qualified candidates for Data Entry and Procurement Services. This job is contingent upon the bid being awarded.

Mandatory Certification:

• Certificate in Geographic Information Systems

Preferred Certifications:

• Esri Technical Certification (ArcGIS)
• ArcGIS Desktop Associate/Professional
• ArcGIS Enterprise Associate/Professional (focuses on server-based GIS solutions)
• ArcGIS Developer (focuses on developing custom applications using ArcGIS)

Experience:

• 3 years experience using ArcGIS Pro software for data management, maintenance, and analysis.
• 1 year experience using Arc Map extensions, particularly Spatial Analyst and 3D Analyst.
• 1 year experience in data management using ArcSDE.
• 1 year experience administering an ArcSDE database.
• 1 year experience using SDSFIE data standards (version 2 or above) for data management.
• 1 year experience using scripts and model building in Arc Map and/or Arc Server to automate or customize ArcGIS Pro processes.
• 2 years experience including data migration from other geospatial data sources such as AutoCAD, Microstation, LiDAR, or other remote sensing data work.
• 3 years experience including acquiring and integrating data using Global Positioning Technology (preferably Trimble) or related mobile technologies.
• 3 years demonstrated experience applicable to the Army environment in complex data editing, data modeling, data analysis, scripting (including web map scripting), and GIS system performance enhancements.
