Statement of Status: eTRANSERVICES has submitted a bid and is currently awaiting award notification. While the position has not yet been officially confirmed, we are actively preparing to fill the role once the bid is awarded. We are seeking qualified candidates for Service Desk/ Help Desk Support. This job is contingent upon the bid being awarded.
Place of performance:
Onsite JBLM
- Yakima, Washington.
Experience with both servers and workstations, leading a large complex help desk/system administration function.
Preferred to have maintained DoD Cyber Workforce (DCWF) baseline.
Min 5 years support desk experience required.
Not mandatory but preferred:
- Computing environment certifications IAW DoDM 8570.01 and DoDM 8140.03 specified in the Army Training and Certification Tracking System (ATCTS).
