Charge Nurse RN or LPN

Shift Differential $2.00 per Hour

Monday - Friday

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities ofdaily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident caredocumentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medicalmeasures per nurse scope of practice and state regulations

• Possess a current nurse license in good standing
• Typical candidates have 1-year of providing supervision in healthcare. New grads are encouraged to apply!
