** Position Highlights:
*** 1.0 FTE – Full-time role with stable weekday hours
* Provide
** follow-up care, symptom management, and ongoing support
** for breast cancer survivors
* Join a multidisciplinary team including oncology physicians, nurse navigators, and support staff
* Help shape the development of the survivorship program in a new region

*** Advanced Practice Provider (ARNP) with background in oncology or women’s health

* DEA, NPI & Prescriptive authority
