Emergency Room - ER RN - Travel Nurse

Job Summary

We are looking for Emergency Room RNs for an immediate travel nurse opening in Yakima, WA. The right RN should have 1-2 years of recent acute care experience.

• Evaluate, triage, and implement care using correct procedures and physician instructions.
• Perform minor medical operations, advise patients and their families on illnesses or injuries, and plan long‑term care needs.
• Document medical history, check for allergies, obtain vital signs, and monitor patients’ emotional and physical well‑being.
• Provide basic bedside care, clean and bandage wounds, provide IV therapy, maintain supplies and medical equipment.
• Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies.

• Registered Nurse with 1-2 years of recent acute care experience.
• ACLS and BLS certification.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds (and up to 50 pounds when required).
• Strong coping skills for fast‑paced, urgent, and emergency environments.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with people of all ages and backgrounds.
