Join our team as a Relief Registered Nurse MFM at Children's Village in Yakima, WA! We are a leading community health center in the Pacific Northwest, operating 40+ clinics across Washington and Oregon. We offer medical, dental, pharmacy, orthodontia, nutritional counseling, autism screening, behavioral health, and holistic services including shelter, energy, weatherization, HIV and AIDS counseling, home visits, and mobile medical/dental clinics.

- $39.30 - $48.14 per hour DOE, with potential higher pay for highly experienced candidates.
- Provide comprehensive care during patient visits, discuss chief complaints, obtain vital signs, complete health history, and document health information in the EMR system.
- Conduct phone triage to assess patient needs and coordinate follow‑up care.
- Assist with diagnostic procedures and treatments, including IV starts when ordered, while educating patients on procedures and medications.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans, coordinate referrals, and provide education to patients on medications and potential side effects.
- Associate’s Degree or higher in Nursing.
- State RN license. If licensed in an NLC state, proof of license in state of residence is required, along with suicide prevention training during onboarding. Relocation to Washington requires obtaining a WA RN license within 6 months and updating state of residence within 60 days.
- BCLS certification within 90 days of hire; ACLS & PALS preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred at level 10.
- Training in Early Periodic Screening & Development Testing and Women’s Health Exams preferred.
- Proficient in nursing concepts, medication uses, and effects.
- Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively, handling interruptions.
- Professional interaction with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to assess and respond to diverse patient needs across all age groups.
- Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, and EMR programs.
