As an Applebee’s Server, you will make the first and last impression for our guests. You must be friendly, make recommendations, anticipate guests’ needs, and work hard while having a great time.

Must be at least 18 years old, able to communicate effectively with others, and committed to making an impact.

Applebee’s Server’s start at minimum wage up to $16.28 per hour.

Competitive wages (plus tips), healthcare benefits, flexible schedule, meal discounts, and paid sick leave.

Must be able to exert well-paced mobility for long periods of up to four hours. Must safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Must transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen approximately 30 times per shift. Must speak clearly and listen attentively. Must wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks, and wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.
