Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service and a positive experience.
  • Provide leadership to crew, other managers, and maintain quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards.
  • Plan and monitor shifts, make decisions to meet McDonald’s standards, and attend to safety, security, and profitability.
  • Communicate with the next Shift Manager to provide smooth hand‑over and support achievement of department goals.
  • Manage inventory, scheduling and training, and daily maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Support food safety and quality food production, and maintain employee health and security protocols.

Qualifications
  • Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
  • Must be 18 years or older to manage in a corporate‑owned or operated restaurant.
  • Positive team player with a flexible schedule, enthusiasm for a fast‑paced environment, and passion for supporting teamwork and growth.
Benefits & Compensation
  • Pay: $19.66‑20.16 per hour.
  • 1 week paid vacation based on average hours worked, after 1 year as a manager.
  • Paid sick leave: 1 hour for every 40 hours worked.
