The Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $18.00 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $18.00 USD - $27.00 USD per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Assist guests in finding solutions to their needs and thank them for shopping with Target.
• Execute daily tasks to support business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Change prices, set up and maintain merchandise, and ensure inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how procedures affect inventory management, store profitability and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking/packing orders, delivery of pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws.
• Perform other duties as needed by the business.

• You thrive in a fast-moving, active environment with teamwork, flexibility and problem solving.
• You are open to a flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, holidays).
• Willingness to learn; strong communication and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle cash operations, climb ladders, and move merchandise up to 44 pounds as needed.
• Comfort with varying temperatures and environment when performing duties.
