We're looking for music and pop culture enthusiasts to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Sales Associate, you'll provide excellent customer service, share your fandom knowledge, stock and merchandise the store, and ensure an engaging in-store environment.

What You'll Do

Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty through product knowledge and customer service skills.

Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and ensure assigned areas are well-presented.

Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.

Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ partners.

Work with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure store security.

Support stockroom organization and store cleanliness.

Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.

Perform other duties as assigned by your Store Leader.

What You'll Need

Previous retail experience is preferred; a love for music and pop culture is a plus!

Strong customer service and sales skills.

You must be at least 16 years old to apply.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

The ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay range: $16.70 - $17.20 per hour. Final salary depends on education, experience, and other factors.
