The starting hourly rate is $18.50 USD per hour. The pay range is $18.50 USD - $27.75 USD per hour.

We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fun and energetic environment, provide excellent guest service, and are excited about stocking, setting, and selling Target products. Our training program covers everything you need to know.

Basic skills we expect include a welcoming and helpful attitude, adaptability to technology, teamwork, quick resolution of guest questions, attention to detail, and the ability to handle cash register operations, climb ladders, lift up to 40 pounds, and maintain flexible work schedules.
