Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• Comprehensive 10‑week training program

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations

• Have an active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service
• Strong customer service orientation
• Self‑motivation and drive to work in a team environment
• Positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit

Compensation – A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 - $90,000/Year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, performance, and other business and organization needs.
