Pest Control Technician (Sign-On Bonus)

Base pay range: $19.00/hr - $23.00/hr.
You must complete a short Pest Co Assessment to be considered for this open position.
Sign‑On Bonus: $1,000 (must have Pest Control Experience / active License to qualify for bonus; $500 paid after first 30 days, the remaining $500 after 60 days of employment).

Position Type: Full‑Time
Key Responsibilities- Good communication and investigative skills.
- Crawl spaces, inspect, and set traps.
- Some knowledge of construction or experience; use of power tools & cutting tools; responsible for building crawlspace access doors and venting.
- Recommend and provide estimates for one‑time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers.
- Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable Company policies and local rules and regulations.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer’s individual needs.
- Use all safety equipment as instructed.
- Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order, including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature.
- Devote full attention and time during working hours to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the Company.
- Pest Control License.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and in‑person).
- Strong customer service and presentation skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and kneel/bend as necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping.
- Self‑motivated and results‑driven.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
- Company vehicle granted upon route assignment.
