Yakima Neighborhood Health Services (YNHS) is seeking a dedicated team member to serve the community with compassion and teamwork. You will identify homeless individuals in need of services, assess needs, and connect clients to YNHS programs and other agencies.
The role requires an associate degree in behavioral or health sciences and two years of related work experience, plus strong written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual Spanish/English is desirable.
