Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Yamunanagar for an Assistant Manager in QMS (Quality Management System) at a Sterile Pharma Plant. The role involves overseeing plant operations, managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring quality compliance, and supervising manufacturing and production planning processes. The Assistant Manager will also work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold operational efficiency and regulatory standards within the pharmaceutical sterile manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Plant Management and Operations Management to ensure smooth and efficient plant functionality
Expertise in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations to optimize workflows and meet production targets
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality compliance specific to the pharmaceutical industry
Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively and maintain collaborative working relationships
Relevant qualifications in pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, or a related field are preferred
Familiarity with sterile manufacturing processes is an added advantage
