- Be an ambassador of the company & brand, serves as a role model in client service by making the customer experience the priority and consistently achieving monthly sales targets, as well as effectively performing operation functions / sales process and procedures.
- Complete awareness of industry main KPIs: CSI, NPS, Conversion rations from leads generated & walk-in customers.
- Maintain company assets in a good condition:
Branch, demo vehicles & devices.
- Ensure Branch sales target achievement
- Coaching sales consultants to meet sales targets
- Overseeing the sales process from start to end
- Monitoring sales performance and motivating staff
- Ensure exceed customer expectation towards CSI & NPS
- Daily monitor SCs activities: prospection, leads respond, Walkin, test drive, quotations.
- Report in daily, weekly and monthly basis all branch activities.
- Awareness of regional market status: competitors
- Awareness of retail finance procedures
- High and effective communication with support departments.
- Facilitate any challenges will face his team, keeping them focusing on their targets
- Support any of company activities if required
- Active on company / Brand social media activities
- Work on team development
- Years of experience (min 2 – max
7) for same position
