The Financial Analyst is responsible for the General Ledger and Month‑end close and for financial statement preparation and reporting. This position reports directly to the Controller.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance required.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in similar roles preferably including experience in a Plant Operation environment.
• Excellent communication and strong analytical skills are required as well as excellent computer skills.

• Previous manufacturing experience in a fast‑paced, manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience with Oracle System is a plus.
• Proven Leadership Skills and must be a critical thinking/forward thinking and results oriented individual.

• Implement, sponsor, and support all continuous reliability improvement standards and practices.
• ASAT/SOX activities, review accuracy of testing and completeness of documentation.
• Accountable for accurate standard costs and annual review process, inventory costing and absorption testing, and accuracy of TPS (product profitability) data.
• Responsible for accurately compiling data for journal entries during the month‑end closing processes.
• Provide financial analysis support, including cost control opportunities and working capital management.
