As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, you will be vital to our online shopping services. Your tasks involve accurately assembling and packing customer orders while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities:
• Pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas
• Pack orders accurately, confirming product selections and quantities
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area
• Interact positively with customers and resolve issues
• Follow food hygiene and quality standards diligently
Requirements:
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs
• Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Flexible with shift availability, including evenings and weekends
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
