Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee preparation of consolidated financial statements

• Manage accounting processes for real estate transactions

• Ensure IFRS or US GAAP compliance

• Lead the external audit process and audit relations

• Enhance internal controls over financial reporting

Requirements:

• CPA credential or in progress

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

• 5+ years of accounting experience preferred

• Knowledge in private equity or asset management

• Proven leadership in developing accounting teams
