Skeena Gold and Silver, located in northwest British Columbia, is seeking a Site IT Lead for Eskay Creek. This senior role reports to the Director, Information Technology, and emphasizes continuous improvement in IT infrastructure and services. You'll coordinate IT operations, manage user support, and ensure adherence to industry regulations while leading project implementations with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee key site IT infrastructure and connectivity

• Serve as main escalation point for IT support

• Provide user support and troubleshoot technical issues

• Drive improvements in performance monitoring tools

• Coordinate IT projects with vendors and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Computing, IT, or related field

• 3+ years in Microsoft 365 and server management

• Proven end-user technical support experience

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
