Reporting directly to the Assistant Manager of Facility Support Services, your role focuses on maintaining the cleanliness of all areas within the Yarmouth Regional Hospital. You will perform critical tasks such as mopping, dusting, and managing floor care while adhering to the organization’s safety and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure cleanliness in both patient and public areas

• Conduct thorough floor care including scrubbing

• Arrange and move furniture as required

• Change drapes and curtains in patient areas

• Operate various cleaning equipment efficiently

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent experience

• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

• Access to reliable transportation for site travel

• Familiarity with cleaning and maintenance equipment
