Position: LPN Leadership Role at The Meadows

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and manage care needs

• Administer and document medications and treatments accurately

• Develop and revise care plans with the nursing team

• Supervise and mentor nursing support staff

• Conduct regular compliance audits and incident investigations

Requirements:

• Valid LPN registration in Nova Scotia

• Two years of nursing experience, with leadership experience preferred

• Recent experience in medication administration

• Current CPR certification and dementia care training

• Understanding of WHMIS and regulatory compliance
