Admissions Coordinator – Latham Centers, Inc.
Join our team! We’re seeking an Admissions Coordinator to support our Director of Admissions in managing the student enrollment process. In this key role, you’ll evaluate applications, conduct interviews with prospective students, coordinate admissions meetings, and ensure accurate data collection and document management throughout the admissions cycle. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (flexible), in‑person.
- Key Responsibilities: Create Quick Glances for all new referrals and PWS inquiries; prepare rejection/acceptance letters; obtain Director of Admissions signature; send via docu‑sign/email; keep Referral/Inquiry List updated frequently.
- Add documents to referral management system for tracking; handle/oversee phone calls; schedule inquiry meetings, take notes, and complete any follow‑up.
- Acquire/complete admission paperwork for all new intakes, including consent forms; capture intake meeting minutes, a 5‑minute video, and one‑pager; send to appropriate parties.
- Funnel documents from referral management system two weeks before accepted referral’s intake date, create a student file, and place in docs within the appropriate file.
- Craft Change in Status reports and send to appropriate parties; assist the day‑of facilitation of intake meetings; send social hour invites/zooms; run census report and send to Director of Admissions.
- Compose the Admissions Update and send to Director of Admissions.
- Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; 1 year of experience working with individuals with special needs; preferred experience in residential treatment; valid driver’s license.
