. Position available in the Community Based Services division, focusing on strength‑based, needs‑driven care for youth and families.
Location: Yarmouth Port, MA.
Salary: $19.00–$20.00 per hour.
We are seeking a Therapeutic Training and Support Staff with a passion for helping others, particularly youth. The ideal candidate shares the JRI mission to provide culturally competent, individualized services and evidence‑based practices to families facing behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges.
Responsibilities- Provide community‑based services including skill coaching, life skills training, behavior management, crisis management, and treatment planning for children, adolescents, and families.
- Foster positive relationships with external agencies, families, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with a multidiscipline treatment team to identify effective methods for supporting youth in the community.
- Assist in the clinical care of youth and families in a home and community‑based environment, empowering youth to reach full potential.
- Well‑being: $2,000 bilingual bonus for second‑language speakers.
- Professional development: tuition reimbursement up to $4,000/year and discounted rates; free CEUs and evidence‑based practice training.

- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Bachelor’s in a human services field preferred;
Associate’s or Community Health Worker certification acceptable. - Minimum one year of experience working with youth/families in behavioral management or mental health contexts.
- Willingness to provide varied interventions and treatments as required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for transporting youth.
- Background and driving record checks.
