We’re looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide one‑on‑one care in homes, hospice settings, and nursing facilities across 15 towns in Cape Cod
.
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Help with mobility, walking and physical therapy exercises
- Monitor vital signs and nutritional intake
- Provide companionship and emotional care
- Maintain a clean, safe environment
- Accurately document care using EHR systems (Epic, eClinical
Works preferred) - Report patient needs or changes in condition to nursing staff
- Protect patient privacy and comply with HIPAA guidelines
- Follow established care plans and safety protocols
- Valid CNA or HHA certification (Massachusetts)
- CPR and First Aid certified (BLS preferred)
- High school diploma or GED
- Driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and support clients safely
- Comfortable using mobile apps or EHR software
- Compassionate, dependable, and motivated
- Experience in home care, hospice, or facility settings a plus
- Up to $25/hour + weekly pay
- Flexible schedules—full‑time or part‑time
